What you need to know.Below you’ll find a collection of some of the most common questions we’ve been asked. If you have additional questions that aren’t on the list, please contact us, we’re here to help.

I am under 18, can I attend without an adult?Attendees aged 12 or younger must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or over. Furthermore, those aged between 13 and 17 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 25 or over. Additionally, to ensure the safety and supervision of our younger attendees, a maximum of two Teens will be permitted entry per accompanying adult aged 25 or over.

Can we bring our own food and drink?Unfortunately not. There will be some amazing food traders selling food from cuisines around the world with options for everyone. You're welcome to bring water and children's drinks however you'll be able to purchase everything else. There will be security bag checks on the gates.

When is the last day I can buy tickets?You can buy tickets online on the day of the event unless we have sold out. You can then purchase tickets on the door.

I can no longer attend, can I get a refund?Your ticket is non-refundable. However you can pass on your ticket to a friend.

Is your event suitable for all ages?Dunmow Foodie Festival is for the whole family and everyone is welcome, under 5's go free.

Will there be parking?Yes, there will be parking onsite with parking marshals helping out throughout the day. Parking is Free. You’re welcome to leave cars overnight and collect your vehicle after 9am on Sunday 14th. Please leave names, reg number and contact number at the doors if you’re leaving a car.

Will there be Medical team on site?Yes absolutely, there will be trained professionals onsite throughout the whole event.

Can we bring our own portable seats and blankets?Yes, there will be lots of seating however to guarantee a seat for the day please bring your own.

Can we bring our dog?Yes, absolutely. Please keep them on a lead though.
